This phase introduces continuous strategic IT planning into the client - SBT Partners relationship ensuring that any additional managed solutions or projects are optimized and aligned to the longer term goals of the business.

Alignment is an ongoing process.  SBT Partners recommends formal quarterly program reviews to assess progress against the goals of the Annual Plan and to update the client on new trends that may have a significant impact on the client’s operations.  There are many emerging information technology services that are capable of being cost effectively implemented by small businesses.  When and if the time is right, we will introduce additional value added services or technologies through our growing SBT Partners’ network that could increase operational efficiencies and improve service levels.
