SBT Partners will gather client input that includes business goals and strategies as well as current IT environment, policies, procedures, detailed costs, and staffing.   Looking at current hardware and software usage and inventory levels, we assess the support required to meet your business goals while determining what is required to stabilize the environment in preparation for a managed services solution.

The assessment phase may result in a solutions proposal and a stabilization plan that outlines specific actions required ensuring optimization of the client environment as a first step toward managed services.  Our proposal will likely include one or more of the Client Solutions presented on our website. We consider the Infrastructure Management and Information Protection solutions to be the base level managed services fundamental to the achievement of a cost effective and efficient IT environment.
