We are committed to a straight talk approach that provides you with the information and justification you need to make decisions concerning the value of the services we offer. We guide a small business client through a phased process that, if carried through to fruition, will provide the framework for a comprehensive managed services solution. During a client discovery phase we will present our process and services using our web pages and links to documents found within the Knowledge Center. An onsite visit is recommended for more detailed discussion and presentation.

We will provide a cost comparison between an internally managed IT infrastructure versus a managed services solution using industry metrics. The comparison, which requires some input from you, validates industry research that points toward managed services as the new paradigm in small business IT service delivery to facilitate growth, cost containment, and alignment with your business goals.

If we agree that it is beneficial for both parties to continue with the process, we will proceed into the Assess phase which will include more detailed fact finding and analysis.
