Roadmap Planning

The annual planning process requires that each managed services solution is integrated into a master plan, the roadmap, which is synchronized with the small business client’s vision for growth and profitability.  A specific solution must contribute to this vision by providing a measurable outcome such as reduced costs or clearly improved service levels that support overall productivity and business growth.  The roadmap defines the implementation of managed services solutions on a timeline.  A subset of the solutions roadmap, and integral to the success of meeting timeline requirements across the full spectrum of solution deployments, is the solution project plan.  Individual project plans define deliverables across a critical path.  Project plans that are not managed properly compromise not only the solution rollout but the overall solutions roadmap.
