As a member of the executive team, Nick is directly involved in all aspects of the business. Nick works with the sales and professional services team to identify and scope new project and managed service opportunities. For managed service clients, Nick is involved with creating proposals and initiating the support turn up project. Nick is the client’s introductory point of contact and provides the initial training and partnership orientation. Once the client is successfully onboarded, Nick’s involvement continues in the IT Roadmap process by working directly with the professional services team to scope and initiate projects to enhance the clients IT operating environment.
In addition to project planning and scope management, Nick is responsible for third party procurement for the company. Nick manages SBT’s Direct Procurement services which include maintaining vendor relationships, partnership status and deal registration. Nick manages the relationships with SBT’s primary partners, such as Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, Cisco, Datto and others, to ensure SBT has met the required criteria to offer their full line of products and services. Nick also administers SBT’s involvement with the E-Rate program for schools and libraries assisting our clients who fall under that umbrella to receive federal funding and discounts.
Nick has over 2 decades of Information Technology related experience, project management, sales, and technical support. Nick’s professional certifications include Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA), and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). Nick is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and currently works out of the Charlotte, NC office of SBT Partners.
